I have 15" 245s with ~ that backspace. That should work.

im assuming 8.75? the 7.25 is way different on the axle length...

but yea a body rear i have a 15x6.5 4.125bs under mine right now with 235/70/15 and a 245 would fit, may need a little more bs but you'll have to see...
