will these tires fit

Hoosier makes 275/55/14 d.o.t more of a track tire...will they fit not with out some small mods, I have decided to go with the B F G 245/60/14 I do mostly street and they are fairly inexpensive my 265/50/14 are toast and are very expensive and only available buy one vendor ...ok yes they will fit on a 7 inch rim
 
the tires that were on cl with the azern rims are the ones in q. I didn't think they made them for a 14" either but that's what he has??

They don't make them anymore.....

So the ones being sold are old and once they are done you are unlikely to find a replacement in that size.
