Wilwood Rear Cables

I'm trying to figure out a parking brake cable solution for the Wilwood rear disc conversion. Wilwood offers a kit (http://www.wilwood.com/PDF/DataSheets/ds646.pdf), but I'm not sure how to connect it to the intermediate cable. Has anyone found a solution?
