Are you having trouble bleading the master cyl or the complete break system? And did you bleed the master its self first, before connecting it to the car. I did have a brand new master from Chrysler bad from new, and it sounds like the same rouble you are having now. My wilwood one though did work perfect first time and a great pedal right off the bat.

Keith,
Both, the air just doesnt want to come out of the master, After 3 hours of vacuum bleeding master I had almost clear fluid. So I tried the lines, just air and some fluid, I was told to gravity bleed each bleeder first, wel I left the rear on open for 2 hours and still no fluid.......
tried the front one, left for an hour,nothing.........

As long as you followed the procedure and bench bled the master first, I would say you have a bad master cyl. What I would do is try to bleed the master again, and make sure your calipers are on correctly. If you are running wilwood calipers the incoming fluid must be lower than the cross over tube and the bleeder must be the hightest point.
Hope this helps you.
I'm on holidays in Oregon and if I was at home I'd take some pics of my setup for you

The other thing is, did all you change is your master. Did you have a good system before? Or did you change out front calipers as well as your master. I do prefrere manual bleding method over vacume system as well but this is just my opinion.

all new disk brake set up in front, new front lines, propotion valve and 3' rear brake line.

I found the problem, 2 flares ,1 on prop valve and 1 in front master line, were not perfect round and letting in air...... so much for cheap advanced auto double flare tool !! new snap on flare and all is well...........

NO MORE AIR !!!!!!
