windage tray and moroso pan.

does any body run the stock windge tray and a moroso pan? i had to cut it for pickup and i cant run the nut under tray beween cap and pan on arp studs or tray hits oil pan, should you run a tray with the moroso pan? it fits now but it is tight. pan no. 20710

I was running a modified Chevy windage screen with that pan. Had to "massage" the screen to fit the pickup tube. Would I run it with the screen again probably not. Next time I'm just going to run that pan with 6 qts instead of 8 qts.

My 340 has the stock windage tray with moroso oil pan and it fit with no problem ,granted I didnt use the ARP stud kit in mine.

I use a Milodon pan with no windage tray, 7 quarts of oil, works great.
