Windage tray installation question

Hey all, I am installing a Mopar Performance windage tray in my 318. I know I have to replace the 2 and 4 main bolts. My question is, do I need to loosen the whole crank and then replace and tighten all of the bolts in sequence or can I just replace the main bolts that need to be replaced? Do I risk and any damage to the crank? Are there any other risks I need to be aware of?
 
Tighten - NO Torque to spec - yes! Just do one at a time. Take one off, and TORQUE TO SPEC one at a time back on and you'll be fine .
