Windage tray question

Hi guys! I'm working on my 340 with a stock windage tray and I'm wondering if it's necessary to loctite the four small tray attaching bolts and also, what are the recommended torque specs to use ?

Yes, Apply Blue Loctite. I Don't Know The Tourque Spec. For Them, I Have Always Just Tighten Them By Hand.

loctite the four small tray attaching bolts with blue loctite. The recommended torque spec is 95 inch pounds.
