window felt help

The passenger side front window on my 67 opperation suddenly works terrible.
I took the door panel off and found that the felt thats on the front of the glass was laying in the bottom of the door, the one that slides up in to the front channel buy the vent window. I can't figure out how it reattaches or slides back into the channel. Also I see a small round hole in the front edge of the window glass. Whats it for?
Any one have pictures of how this all goes to gether or a link where I can find info? I asume it would be the same for Barracuda and Dart.

Your rollers are probably shot or gotten off track. I'm dealing with the same thing. Here are a few links.

The hole in the glass is where the plastic channel guide goes. It holds the glass in the channel. That plastic piece also holds the felt guide on the glass. There are companies out there that make these felt kits and plastic guides, but you have to pull the door glass and vent window frame to install these pieces
