So should I have a window guy replace the seal? The rubber isn't old, I think that the seal is bad.
Make sure it isn't the wiper transmissions where the water comes in. The A bodies are great for leaks there.
Thanks.....have saved it all. Spoke with an old glass guy in town a while ago and he told me he could fix it. He did mention that installing glass in these out buggies so it does not leak can be a bit frustrating.....I would be wearing of calling some windshield guy out, there's quite a few differences between modern glass and our old bunnies. This should shed light on the way to seal it up.

So with that being said, You'd need to caulk under the windshield trim to pinch weld, and take out the rope seal, and caulk under the lip between the glass and seal. But do all the things we recommend first.
So I need to pull all the glass and get new rubber and reinstall it all?
