Windshield Reservoir Question

Good morning, I was installing the water reservoir for the windshield wipers, and noticed there’s two tubes coming out the same hole on the firewall. One tube is for the wiper fluid. What’s the other tube for? Car is a 74’ Dart Sport. Thanks

If you have the foot pump, one hose goes to the tank the other goes to windshield washers' nozzles.

I took that piece off so long ago, I couldn’t remember how it was setup. My friend Tom that’s on this board sent me a good diagram. If someone needs it in the future. Thanks
