windshield trim clip problem

Anyone use after market windshield trim clips and have problem getting trim
to snap on 70 duster

Using the correct screws ?
If the clips came with the correct screws there shouldn't be a problem.

screws came with the clips.clips are from rt specialities

only reason I can think if is they are the wrong clips (or are sunk to far down, only possible with correct clips on front bottom) Some pictures might help assess the issue.

I put the old clips in a everything fit now i have to take the front glass back out and find original clips to replace the after market ones
