Got a question guys, do I need to remove the front and or rear windshields to remove the old busted bent window trim clips and replace them with new ones or is there another way to get them out?

Thanks guys

I don't know any other way than to take out the glass first. Screws that hold the clips go into the body metal perpendicular to the channel that holds the glass. Be careful getting the glass out. Rear window is fairly easy. Front windshield can be a real bear. FWIW good luck.

pulling the original vinyl roof off my Duster (small pieces are trapped under those clips) I've found that I can get about half of them out with the glass in place (able to get the screwdriver in tight against the seal and turn them)...but like mokid said, you'll probably have to pull the glass to get to all of them.
