Windshield Washer Hoses

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this topic. I need to replace all of the tubes/hoses for my washer. Are these specific tubes or has anyone had luck at Home Depot, etc.?
 
Does anyone know where you can get the little plastic T that goes on the cowl and connects the hose from the windshield washer jar, then splits off into the two hoses that go to the squirters. All I have found are the entire kit from year one.
 
You can find them on ebay. Normal parts stores don't carry the correct one. PM me if you can't find it and I'll check my ebay sellers list.
 
If its not a concours resto you can use a vacuum tee from the help aisle at the auto parts store.
