Windshield wiper issue

Not sure where to put this...

When I turn on the wipers in my dart sport, i hear the motor turning but the blades arent moving? Could it be the linkage? Any ideas where i may find replacement parts if needed?

Sounds like the linkage came off of the motor. Just stick your head under there with a flashlight and take a look at the back of the motor.

if the plastic bushing broke (happened to me), those can be bought at Napa.

Mine did the same thing, turns out a piece of the linkage was missing. Went to the junkyard and got one out of a Valiant. We put brand new plastic bushings on too. However we missed one of the bushings because I got stuck in a rain storm on a road trip and the piece of linkage we replaced fell out of the dash and plopped down on my leg and the floor pan with 1/2 a bushing sticking out of it LOL

Hey Nick- sent 2 of these bushings your way- hope they are the right ones, some use a different kind. Ed
