Windshield Wiper Knob Removal ???

Anyone know how to get the wiper knob off of my 63 dart. I tried pulling and twisting and nothing worked, I'm trying not to destroy it in the process.

Might check for a small set screw on the bottom.

Blow torch.



Or if you want to do it the boring way take out the set screw.
