I am servicing my windshield wipers in my ’65 Barracuda and my Factory Service Manual calls for Lead-Plate Lubricant MoPar Part #2275437; which I believe is no longer available. The FSM also states not to use Lubriplate which would have been my fall-back choice. What Lubricant did you find that provides quiet and trouble free wiper operation.

Thanks

UPDATE: I found another spelling in my FSM, in a note that pointed to the Parking Cam and spring assembly. The note said Led Plate not Lead Plate

when I goggled it pointed to this product:

Led Plate 250 | Led Plate 250F(LP-250 & LP-250F Anti-Seize Thread & Sealing Compound )

Since my wipers wont park but the motor reverses, it’s likely that the parking cam spring in assembly damaged. Anyway thought I would share what I found. Will check with Chrisler Parts dept. monday.
