I need some guidance on testing the wiper motor, washer motor and both switches. I'm VERY ignorant on electricals, so please dumb it down for me. I have a multi-meter, but limited knowledge on how to use it. The problem is as simple as, flip the switch, nothing happens. I don't know if the problem is the motor or the switch. The wiper and washer each have their own seperate switches. Both motors are well grounded to the body. The car is a 1967 Plymouth Fury. Thanks for any help you can throw me.

I unhooked the harness from the wiper motor and flipped the switch on, then used the probe with light (don't know the actual name of this tool) and touched it to each one of the female connections on the bulkhead. Also had the ground lead clipped to a good ground. Got nothing from all four connections. Shop manual mentioned that the switch has a circuit breaker built into it. Guessing cicuit breaker tripped or switch may be bad.
