Wiper problem..

Of course the nice motor I had at least the one that looked good didn't work at all LOL then I get the second motor in the 74 Power Wagon and it works great. Two speed..
My problem is I can see that it stops at Midway. I've marked the post compared to their stationary part... I have to switches actually three but I think the third one is out of my Duster. Anyways the two switches are both identical as far as their plugin goes...
Any help or experience would be great. I did try the search function but didn't get much...

Went to try a different switch and put juice to it again and frying pan into fire LOL... Motor runs like a champ but the gears must be stripped cuz it's not moving the way for anymore LOL..
Ef it .. I got one coming from Amazon Friday...
