Wiring help

Can anyone identify what this connector is? I need to find a pinout... Working on stripping and tagging my factory harness to convert to the microsquirt I just ordered. Now here's the catch, I don't know what body or year my harness is from except to say it is from an 03-05 as it has the older 2 pin coil connectors. My harness has only one NGC connector, specifically the module C2 connector (guessed because it had 2 written on the back of it) and a variety of wires in the harness connect to another connector that is very rectangular, 16 pin, picture attached. It appears a majority of the wires going to it are either voltage or ground lines feeding the coils and injectors but I'm still trying to trace it all out.

That is the C100 connector off of the main engine harness. If i can find where I put it ( that may take a miracle)I have all the wires labeled where they came out of it.

topslcuda is providing me an 06 LX service manual to chase the wires on this connector. Like I already asked him, I'm trying to understand why the pinouts I was referencing, for a 2004 Ram, say that injectors and coils 7/8 are on NGC module C1, when on my harness they appear to connect to this connector, C100.
