WIW - 69 Barracuda

Just wondering, what would a 69 fastback Cuda be worth with a 340 4 speed in nice driver condition? As in no rust, 70% nice interior, newly rebuilt engine, $1000 two stage paint job and 8 3/4 rear. I've been looking online and prices are kinda all over the place from $3500 up to almost $15k. What do you guys think the average price should be?
