Even Homer Simpson could build a 318!

Wish we had a "Moe's":coffee2:

Made a brass rod to spin up the oil pump. Barely turning the pump resulted in 40 PSI ! A little faster and up to 60 right quick. Now I have to rotate the engine a few degrees at a time and spin it up to make sure everything gets oil.
Having a cold one now waiting on supper and feeling good. It is the simple things that make me happy:toothy1:

20 over, summit cam and lifters, Speed pro pstons, nothing special..but I did it myself.

I just built my first one last winter and yes what good feeling it is .Mines 30 over ,mopar 340 cam ,aluminum intake ,600cfm carb.runs good.Good luck with yours
