Does anyone know of a place that restorers Mopar woodgrain steering wheels. I have one on the 66 Barracuda that needs restoring and would like to have it like original. Some I have contacted paint on woodgrain and then clear it. That would not look very original.

You need to P.M. Paul the other 66cuda here in Michigan, he did mine and it came out great. If you do P.M. him make sure you P.M. the right guy 66cuda from St. Clair Shores. Take a look at what he did on mine the first picture is when I got it with the cracks and was faded, the others pictures are after he was done with it.

I would highly recommend Dave Tays as well.

Another top notch restorer is Doug Lepak. http://www.stwheelz.com/gallery.html

I took a stab at it but redid it in black. Both Dave and Doug were very helpful in the restoration process. Very time consuming to say the least. I bought another one to restore, winter project.
