i chose to use the spray foam insulation called thermo seal. it has a R7 per inch of value. it is 4 inches thick on my walls and ceiling. i decided while i had all my clutter of mess moved it would be a good time to go ahead and osb the walls. so here are a few pictures of the work almost finished and a picture of the spray foam insulation. it cost $2300 to spray the whole building. but it is tight. no gaps or cracks. won't be any bugs getting in here now. I have central air and heat coming in 2 weeks.The building is a 30x4 with 10ft walls. Here are the pictures:
