Wow and this ain't April fools, either!

Price is a big factor. We went to look at a new Ranger, and they were 35k to 45k. Ford forgot that people bought small trucks because they just needed an affordable truck to carry light loads. Also looked at a new Bullitt Mustang. 51K. That's about 8k more than my 392 T/A Challenger. And the new Mustang is ugly.
 
Anyone priced full size toyota or nissan trucks?

No more Dakota so went with Nissan !

fully loaded Tundra out the door for mid 40's ( sticker was 52? )..... way less than a pretty stripped out ram. would have loved a Ram but, the resale was not even close.
my Tundra has all the toys, the Ram I was looking at had nothing and cost more. my only complaint with my Tundra is no locking rear diff. not offered in their full size trucks. seems odd to me, Im sure at some point I will upgrade that and fix my only complaint.
