It's a squareback style from the pics I have.

Yours appears to be a one size fits all wheel cylinder. Either that or someone ground the top and bottom to fit the rectangle.You do need the early one so the hose fits.Or order the later rectangle ones and change hoses.

try rockauto, they have pics and descriptions online

I checked Rockauto earlier. There was no match for a 69 Dart with that backing plate and I went through every picture.

well i found this pic that is the old one befor my rebuild,dam the # not the greatest.But worth a try.

The back of the hub was rubbing that wheel cylinder so that couldn't have been the correct one to start with.
