WTB-14x5 or 14x5.5 SBP for Valiant

I have a 63 Valiant wagon V200 and I'm looking to upgrade from the 13" rims. Would like 14" SBP rims. I'm in the Bay Area of Calif. so I'm looking for someone more local then what I'm seeing in the Tire/rim classified ads. Will need four rims. Tires and rims would also work if they don't have to be shipped.
