WTB 67-69 Barracuda

OK as title says looking for 1967 to 1969 Barracuda.
Always had a soft spot for these A-body Cudas and I now have a chance to look into one.

Now the nitty gritty...

I've got a 10K cap
Hard top or 'vert - drivetrain not a deal breaker, /6 to V-8
manual or auto trans, most colors will do, notch back or fast back
trim options and "clones" no issue
Looking for a body in best shape possible, not looking for a serious project needing body work, floor boards, stuff like that
Mechanical repairs no problem - even a "lost interest" project with all the pieces but not together not bad

Perfect world would be a black or red Barracuda, 273-318 small block, auto trans, power steering power brakes - in general a good looking cruiser that doesn't need to be a bruiser.
(My big block manual trans Challenger can be a bear in stop & go traffic or long drives)

So am I nuts, or does this seem like a good enough budget for SOME of the Barracudas out there.

As long as you aren't expecting for a show restoration (doesn't sound like you are) I think you you find what you want for that price. I have seen some on ebay once and a while that meet your criteria. Best of luck on your search and welcome to FABO!
