[SOLD] wtb a body d/s sport mirror base

im looking for a driverside sport mirror base , 70-76 , base only , remote or non remote is ok , chrome or painted is ok as im going to paint anyhow . not interested in nos or show material , just something to restore .

Someone was reproducing those about ten years ago, weren't they? i wonder if any of them are still floating around.

i thought so too but havent seen em anywhere , ive got the top & just need a base . something will come up eventually .

Wouldn't you know it.... There are three of these on eBay but the are all for the passenger side.
