I have a set of these I ran on a 440 years ago. I switched to rollers. If I remember right some of mine had scores in them where they ride on the shafts but i think some of them were fine. i'm real busy this week but will try to find time to check them out. I've had them in my attic for years. Do you just want the one or do you want more for spares if thay are in decent shape.?

I just dug them out I have 5 good ones with the offset shown in your pics and 6 with opposite offset. The others have minor scoring where they ride on the shafts. Back in the day before so many manufacturers made roller rockers guys would have these iron rockers honed and put bronze bushings in them. I never tried it but I've read about it. Let me know how many you want or maybe you want them all. Make me an offer on all or individual. I'm not looking for much. I should be able to find time to ship them on Friday at the latest.
