Does anybody know if they have the tabs for the tank straps on them?

It depends who manufacture for them. I would give them a call to find out if they are made with the tabs.
If they get the panels from Sherman parts which are the only other two piece ones I've
seen. AMD sells the full trunk floor panels I believe.
Here's a picture of the bottom of the Sherman ones from their site. They look like the ones Year One sells. I don't really see any tabs.
