I'm helping someone install power steering in a 67 dart. They don't want to have to swap radiator so I'm going to post a want ad for the correct ps brackets for that cast iron pump set up. What years did they use that water pump on an LA A-body. I presume the brackets would be the same for A, B or C-body???

IIRC
67, 68, 69. Probably earlier (65, 66)

67 and 68 used a bolt on timing marker on the passanger side.

69 used a one year only timing cover with cast in timing marks on the pass side

Late '68 started the cast-in timing mark on the passenger side. As for the P/S brackets, I would recommend the '67-9 version setup for a Saginaw pump.

It may be difficult but TRY to get everything from same engine. Avoid the mix and match bs.
67-9 will work. Timing covers wont make a difference in your scenario as long as 67-9.
66 and earlier I believe are different animals.

The type or year of the timing cover doesn't matter. The P/S pump hangs on the water pump ear.
