A peice of quarter inch plastic tubing works wonders getting the two rear drivers side spark plugs started. (especially ones with the brake booster)
Slip a 4-6 inch section of quarter inch plastic tubing over the tip of the plug to get it started in the threads without beating it all over the head to find the hole while the socket is on it.

This way you won't accidentally change the gap putting them in.
