Hello everyone, show us pictures of the cars you drive in everyday life (unless you all drive A-bodies) –
or any other vehicles you have... I'm curious to see what you drive in faraway Germany...

My alternatives are
- 2005 Jeep Cherokee (Laredo – 4.7 V8) – my daily driver
- 2005 Mustang GT – my wife's car
- 1978 Chevy Malibu (sold in 2024)
- 1934 Ford Hotrod (sold in 2021, because driving it in Germany isn't really fun, too many problems with the police)

I already showed my '72 Dart in my welcome thread.
Hello from Germany

I have a pair of Thunderbirds, a 1997 LX with a 4.6 V8 automatic that is my daily driver, and a 1989 with a supercharged 3.8 V6 and a 5 speed, plus a 1976 Pontiac Ventura that currently has 43k original miles.

And a 1982 Honda Aspencade.

Mine is a 2017 Honda Accord, 2 door, 3.5 liter, V6, Automatic transmission.

Still have the 2008 Honda Civic EX coupe we bought new. Low miles clean.
Had a few small hail and parking lot mishaps. She really likes that car so had it reshot with quality base and a high solid clear. And sanded-buffed. Most nice classic cars wish they had paint this nice

(Hehehehe.....)

As a past owner of two of these, are you aware that a C6 Corvette has the same track width as your Accord coupe, and the wheelbase is "close enough" to make considering such a swap "interesting"? As the kids say, "I'm just sayin'....."

Anyway, this idea is still in the back of my mind whenever I see one of these, and someday....maybe...

Sadly my Honda had a higher percentage of USA and Canada made parts than the comparable Big 3 had. And was assembly was done in Canada by union workers if that's ya thing too.

Just got this 2 weeks ago.... Made in America.. It replaces my grand cherokee with a 3.6l v6 that fell apart at 31k miles.. i will never not be pissed bout it. took care of it better than any motor i have ever had and it said **** it... That was the end of me and the big 3... so far This Nissan V6 is awesome (Didn't want a midsized truck with a 4cyl so i had to get this) The truck itself... feels like a real truck which is a bit annoying after the cherokee :)

Oh.. and for comedy sake... the Dana Made in USA rear axle howls on Decel betwen 50-40.... known issue... We have such better quality here :)

I am have a pair of 2000 Xterra 4x4s, both in Solar Yellow. One started out in Pittsburgh so it's my rusty winter beater, and the other has been a Tennessee car its whole life so it gets driven the rest of the year.

Well they were made in Tennessee and I used to live in Tokyo, so it all comes out in the wash for me.
This is my first one.... of course after i buy it i find they have a ton of weird little issues that shouldn't be happening but the dealer fixes (like a windshield seal leak that screams at 70+.. haven't been the fast in mine yet)

They been dependable? And i wish i could go to Japan.. my brother went there for work once and said it's his favorite place he ever went to.

i expected to eat crap for having a japanese car.. i'm surprised at how many here have them :)
I guess that's all in how you define "Japanese". My Ridgeline has more US content, and can be considered more "American", than many vehicles sitting on the Big 3 lots right now.

Kind of funny i was just talking in another forum where someone said Pintos are the most dangerous car (old bs..)

Fun fact.. 27people burned in pintos in over 3 million sold.... 83(that we know of) people have cooked in teslas without near the numbers that ford sold of pintos...

My half-sister, and her husband, bought an electric vehicle right before Christmas last year, and when I asked what it was she didn't know, as it was her husband's car and he wasn't home at the time. Anyway, we were hosting an overnight Christmas, and since they live the about 2 hours away, they asked if the could plug-in their new car at our place overnight.

Images of burning Tesla's filled my brain....

Thankfully they pulled-up with a Mach-E "Mustang" (and I posted an image of it around here someplace).

haha yeah, i don't have an issue with EV like most guys here.... i would even own one if the prices are not insane.. they shouldn't cost near what a gas car costs.. also... give me a solid 10 year battery warranty.... other than that.. meh. I don't drive far, a ev runabout would be ok.

And i trust the real car companies more than musk by miles...

Agreed. I would never outright buy an EV due to the costs of battery replacement, but I have considered leasing one for my work commute.

But since retirement is (still!) pending, this probably....
