I am having trouble with my clutch system binding up. I have the tti headers on a 383 four speed with a lakewood bellhousing. The z- bar is tti's, but it is rubbing against the side of the bellhousing, and my clutch rod going thru the floor is rubbing the drivers side of the big oval hole. Looks like the z-bar needs to go to the engine more for the clutch rod to be in center of the hole, wich it cannot being that it is already up against bellhousing. Any suggestiong?

looks like grinding is an option but boy is there enough room to get in there with a die grinder?

Do you have the clip that goes on the z-bar. The ends center the z-bar by insterting into the plastic bushings that are over the ball stud.

You could always bend the z-bar drop to fit.
