I can't see your ruler very clear but if it is 7.5 inches long you have an early A Z bar.
It is 7.5”. I got 2 of these in a bunch of parts awhile back. I am converting 62 lancer /6 to 4 spd OD. Was hoping to use one. But I believe they are from 63-64 valiant. Does anyone have a pic of a 62 z bar?

That is the kick down linkage that mounts on the firewall.
Looks like 64-66 A Body, I do not know what came earlier.
