z bar performance mod

Hey everyone, just wondering if anybody has actually done the z bar mod that the mopar chassis manual outlines and with what success....did you like it? did you regret it? Its coming close for me to get my linkages all ready for my 5 speed swap and im wondering if doing this mod will be worth it or not...also, are there any problems linkage wise that i may run into if i perform this modification?

If you want the thing to work better go to the junk yard and get a hydraulic set you out of a newer car. Would be ezer to push and give more header room.

actually the whole point of the modification has nothing to do with comfort, but for plate departure during powershifts
