OK all good advice above...TRY this SPRAY it with pb blaster OR really ANY penetrating oil they all work about the same ... soak it pretty good and leave it sit for a while...... then gather these tools a punch that is a lil larger than the pin another punch that is pretty much the same...

U can use a screw to keep one side centered while you epoxy the other side....but do not leave it in.....the epoxy should keep it from rattling and that is all you really care about....well that and the fact that it is supposed to collapse in the event of an accident.
