    LATE model Dart love. 73-6

Thanks fellas. The stance and the color are my two favorite features of the car. The color is one Dad and I created ourselves. We were trying to make 'Go Mango' but ran out of one of the pearls, so we just made several substitutions...

    LATE model Dart love. 73-6

Beaks may not be my FAVORITE, but I like em pretty good  They have some of the better stuff, but they weigh a little bit more. However, they are a LOT cheaper than 67-72 cars! Someday I'll get around to converting my '76 to '73 grille and bumpers, I like the look of the 73 Dart...

    Value of 73 Chally

Lol no I haven't bought it yet. Others have inquired about it as well, he has just yet to name an actual price on it. And I've yet to actually talk to the owner... I'll let y'all know for sure either when I get a price, or when I'm informed it has sold. I'll see if I can contact the actual owner...

    Value of 73 Chally

Went and seen it with dad. (He's a bodyman) I wanted his opinion on the car. Someone was actually home, turned out it was the owners father. I have no clue where the owner is. The father kept referring to the car as a '71, told us the car was built from 3 different cars, never got more than...

Well, I've joined the 'Old truck from the 40s' Club

I always thought the Fargo trucks were cooler than the Dodges. Kinda like GMC to Chevy. We've got an old 49 dodge grain truck that would be perfect for a 12v swap car hauler rat rod ordeal...

    Value of 73 Chally

Those were my thoughts. I'm not sure I'll be able to go over 2k, seeing how I've already got one toy and other responsibilities, but we'll see where it goes. I love these cars and think itd be neat as all get out to have, seeing how they just really aren't around anymore. I'm not looking to rob...

    Value of 73 Chally

A buddy of mine contaced me last night asking if I was looking for a challenger. I'd actually been looking at newer challengers, and thought thats what he was referring to. Nope. Turns out, a distant cousin of his has got a 73 for sale. He took me out to see it today. 318 4bbl, slapstick...

??WHAT?? A fair price?? 74 slant Gold Duster

727 with a slant is real, whether or not he has one I dunno. I think they mainly came in taxis and police cruisers. Overkill regardless.

    Non mopar colors

Huh, that new 'Synergy' green they put on Camaros (dunno if that's the right name) would look rather interesting with the woodgrain. Or, if you prefer a Mopar color, Snakeskin green. Some form of copper (Mango Tango?) would look neat too... Paint combos are fun to play with!

    VHT wrinkle paint

I found the one thing I don,t like about wrinkle paint whenever I did my valve cover; It attracts dirt bad and isn't the easiest to clean. Just my 2 cents.

    Mopars with fog lights

Hey, I like that too! It don't look out of place or tacked on to me. I think part of that has to do with the skinny bumpers, cuz I'm not sure I could pull that off with my Dart

    Mopars with fog lights

I've always thought some 5" round ones would look good on the bumper gaurds of my Dart Sport. It's on the list of 'Stuff I'd like to do, eventually'

    Help me spend my money!

Ooops... Seemed I was getting the APSX and 14point7 confused. The only dirt i could dig on 14point7 was http://forums.turbobricks.com/showthread.php?t=289256 (post #8 & 10) and this one... http://www.mx6.com/forums/engine-management/224936-smallest-cheapest-wideband-controller-world-2.html...

    Help me spend my money!

Actually, I've heard quite a bit of negative on most of Innovate's widebands, with the MTX-L being the only one with not as much bad. I've also read the import guys don't have much luck with the 14point7. The only bad I hear about the PLX is some say it's a little slower, but I don't know if...

    Help me spend my money!

Ah, 14point7. I had heard about them, but forgot to mention them. The one that I would want, though, (http://www.14point7.com/products/slc-gauge) would be the same price as the others, as i would want a 2" gauge I could put in a pod. Also, I had heard some not so great reviews on them, but they...

The main 'cheaper' systems that I've found are FAST Anolog - from Summit, $160 AEM - Ebay, $160ish+ Innovate MTX-L - from Innovate, 200; Ebay, $160ish+ GlowShift - $185 AutoMeter- $185 14point7 - $160 PLX - $180 The AEM and Innovate are the most popular ones from what I can tell, with some...

    Help me spend my money!

What does everyone use for an AFR? I'd like to keep it below $200, and I'm just trying to tune the Holley on my slant (who knew long runner big plenum intakes were so fun?!:banghead::violent1:) Would a narrowband, however primitive and simple it may be, work well enough to justify what I'm...
