Nice Shelby Lancer! TII and an auto from the factory, to cool. Only other way to get the TII with auto was in the Maserati TC. Have fun with it, most aren't clean like that!

I ran Valvoline VR1 10w-30 for a long while. Then I found the speed shop across the street carries Joe Gibbs high Zinc in stock (had to order the Valvoline). Been using it the last year on my solid-flat tappet.

Car is set up different now but....

Got my hood back from the body shop and installed. Stock flat hood from a donor car with a bolt on glass SS scoop. Made the air box, turned out nice and she breathes much easier now :burnout: Had the hood decals made at a local sign shop, copied the 69 A12 Roadrunner decal.

**WINNER** The Barracuda/Dart were the closest thing to a pony car Chrysler had prior to 1970. With the all new E-bodies coming out for 70 the a bodies lost the big block option.

Anyone know of a place that makes custom decals for the 69 Swinger/GTS hood callouts? Wanting an overlay that will read 408 and look like the original.

I bought a crank pulley from them, great looking piece. I ended up sending it back b/c I decided not to the the underdrive route.

I can't wait :burnout: The runners were left untouched, the bowls were worked and the valves were unshrouded. Thank you for the compliments. Especially with these BFG Radials, I see drag radials in my near future.

I've had my Dart for almost 10 years now and I have been collecting parts to build a 408 W2 motor and it's finally about done. Using closed chamber race W2's with 66CC chambers. The intake is a ported Victor JR with a 750 CFM Holley HP mechanical secondary. TTI headers and TTI 2.5" X pipe...

Memike, I have family in Jonesboro. My Grandfather lived in Walnut Ridge for 50 years and out in Black Rock early on. It's been a few years since I have been up that way if I ever get back I'll have to look you up.

Just had these new Torq Thrust's mounted up front. I have always loved the Super Stock look with the steelies in the back. I have to get the rear wheels re-done this winter b/c they are chipping then I'll flip the white letters in on the rear also. Thinking of mini-tunning...

Only things that come to mind on my 69 Dart are: -lack of leg/head room for us tall people (I am 6'3") -wished the seat would recline -small wheel tubs (this will eventually be corrected with mini tubs)

My favorite a-bodies are.... 68-69 Darts (which is why I own my 69) 71 Demons 67-68 Barracuda fastbacks

As a matter of fact, they did. In the '90s there was a creature called a Spirit R/T that had a double overhead cam Turbo 2.2. The cylinder head was designed by Cosworth. Actually the head for the TIII found in the 91-92 Spirit R/T's and the IROC R/T Daytona's was designed by Lotus.

I got my Dart back from the body shop for some minor fixes and finally got a chance to get it all cleaned up and waxed. It's such a nice day out here in Houston that I took her out for a cruise and stopped at San Jacinto State Park for a few pics.

Man I want one of the B5 Challengers so bad it would match my Dart! Congrats I am jealous :-D
