After declaring bankruptcey in 09 Barry Grant/Demon shutdown operations as of yesterday. The question is other than main jets and gaskets what other "internal" parts are interchangeable between the 3 Carbs. This is a legitimate question as some of our younger members might not know the answers...

I've run 3 different Demons and had no problems. Fresh out of the box remove the bowls and check for cleanliness then give er. Love the bowl sight glasses and make sure that your fuel pressure is no higher than 7 psi that goes for Holley to.

I'd say your regulator is sticking especially if your pressure is overshooting to 9 psi when you've set the reg to 6. Grab a new one they're cheap.

The sender has a synthetic material gasket between it and the gas tank bung it fits into. This essentually isolates it from ground therefore you need the strap that spans the short piece of rubber hose or a chunk of wire with each end hose clamped to the medal fuel line.
