i am looking to replace the rims on my plow truck and i am a little confused (the stockers are long gone so i only got internet date to go on) what i found is that stock wheels were 18X8 with an ET of 40 the wheels i want to get are 18X9 with a ET of -9 if the wheels were the same width...

i put new tires on the duster (small bolt pattern with small studs and alluminum slots) and wouldnt you know it...i forgot to check the torque before pulling them off i put them at 80 pounds right now, sound right?

I took the duster out for a spin the other day and noticed the steel belts are showing on the nitto 555s Im thinking i dont need drag radials again (i dont think i made it to the track once since i took the old N-50s off) and im just looking for an affordable street tire Any suggestions on...

ok, so this time i am asking a serious question (just for the record) right now there are 295/75-16s on the bronco, and they could stand to be replaced does anyone have any idea what kind of tires i should put on there?

hey guys, i want to run some wider wheels, and according to my calculations, the new wheels have 3 inches more of backspacing then my old ones so, to keep the tires out of the frame, i figured i could install some longer studs and cut some tube to use as spacers as long as all my tubes are close...

hey guys im looking at buying a set of wheels for the front of my 71 duster it has the small bolt pattern, 9 inch drum hubs and scarebird brake conversion i figured 15X5 would be plenty, they come with 2.5 inches of backspacing, should be good right? anyway, US indy no longer stocks them...

hey fellows i just got my wheels and everything in, and im good with the springs clearance on one side but the other side is too tight now, i dont like running spacers, and i would rather not, so could i run a spacer on just the one side (it is the passenger side) that is too tight ?

I was under my duster today and I noticed an interesting wear pattern on the rear tires the inside inch or so of the thread was worn more then the rest what (other than smokey burnouts) would cause this, and should I be worried? tires are old mickey Thompson N50-14 inflated to 32 PSI

I'm running a set of N50-14s on the back of the duster and they are slowly wearing out...one smokey burnout at a time I have not been able to find N50s anywhere, but a set of L60s popped up according to my chart: N50s fit a 9 inch rim, have a 12.85 inch section width and are 26.84 inches tall...

Hey guys I need some new tires on the duster and I'm looking at a set of mickey thompson n50s According to thier website, this is a 27 inch tire with a section with of 13.2 inches Any chance this would fit on a 71 duster with stock suspension ?

so I'm looking at a set of 14 inch rims for my duster the car is a 71, with a 408/727-8.75 and 3.23 gears I think 235 is the widest I can fit? some of the tires ive come across are hankooks, coopers, and B.F.goodrich is either of those better? or is there another option?
