As a car guy my whole life I appreciate all nice cars !!!
I have a special passion for Mopars , and muscle cars !!
If I could have any

I would love my 56 Chevy 150 back or my V8 Vega but my dream cars are
1970 Mustang Mach 1-Grabber Blue 351C
1971 Chevelle SS-Gold with black vinyl top 396
1972 Chevelle-Heavy Chevy Orange 4 speed
1971 AMC AMX-Gold, or Red 401
Perhaps a chrome bumper Shark Vette

70 AAR
71 Road Runner
66 chevelle

Cars I presently own
72 340 4 speed cuda
68 dart

1955 chevy truck
In the mid 80's my Dad had a 55
Chevy truck with a 283 mild cam
202 heads m21 4 speed and a 4:11 posi (not a sure grip ) lol
It had the small back window.
It was a really fun truck !!
I like them a lot !!

I thought about this for a while before posting. IF I could have a few cars in a brand new condition, my MoPar's would be;
'79 Magnum, 360-4bbl, loaded.
'73 Cuda, 4spd, small block
'70 Road Runner 4spd big block
70-71 Duster V8

Other makes? Whew! I had a few fav's and a few not so great. I wouldn't mind, at all, not one bit, a;

Late 60's early 70's Oldsmobile Cutlass & Firebird. '70 Gran Torino, '67 Merc Cougar.
To many cars, so little time.

And room...

LOL, yes, I want a museum with running, driving, working cars fully insured, ready to rock!

Where's that dang lotto ticket?!?!?!

If I had room and lots of money I'd probably buy up a lot of the odd ball cars that come up.

Like a decent shape 62 more door Rambler
that I seen not to long ago for $2200. I could see myself drive that all the time just the way it is. Almost bought an ugly *** 73 Pinto some old fella had in his garage for the last 20 years lol.

Odd ball ugly-ish cars?

Pinto based Mustang! (I like'em.) Late '70's Cobra model I'll take.

Certainly if money , time , and space were no option I would have all kinds of rides !!
There is a video of a black Chevy chevette with a totally nasty big block in it that looks completely stock and I would love to have that car !!
I think it is cool !!

I've never been a huge fan of full size muscle or exotics. That being said, if I won the lottery my stable would consist of:
67-68 Barracuda [This one I have]
68-69 Cougar
69 Trans Am
67 GTO
68-70 390 AMX
69 Mach I
69 Z-28

we all have our favourites but it can backfire if you have never had or driven your dream car.
A friend had always dreamed of having an AC Cobra...yea the Shelby 427 side oiler or a high end replica.
Finally found one and made the 5 hour trek to check it out.
Tested it and found it small and uncomfortable. There was so little room for his legs and feet that he could not operate the gas, brake and throttle pedals safely. The car was tiny and rode very rough, was cramped, too loud, extremely hot and the power level was too high to be safe for such a tiny, light platform.
...came home very disappointed!
i think i am spoiled by the quality, performance and comfort of our modern cars.

I have a friend, who road races and had a chance to drive a Cobra and felt the same as your friend.

1961 Cadillac Series 62 convertible...white with red leather interior

1964 Pontiac StarChief, 389-4V

1959 Ford F-100 step-side

Well, since I alllll ready have a '73 Cuda s/b 4spd, in crapoloa condition, just set me up for a brand new one of a '70 road runner big block 440 & 4spd.
