I need a gas cap the one on the car is not original...
Thank you, checking nowI just checked locally at Napa here.
I'm looking at a picture so not positive, but
Pt number BK 7031081 cost $9.49. May be worth checking
Another side note, when you order your fuel tank, and sending unit, save the old part that screws in to hold the unit in place. The new ones are thin and will not seal the sending unit correctly and you will have fuel leaking.
That looks really nice.
Check conversion sent thank ouI have this one, it's the same as the one on my car! PM if you're interested in it!!

Wow that's now History..... pictures today would have been great!I like the fact you found the dealership tag.
When I grew up in central North Carolina the dealership in High Point was Southern Chrysler Plymouth. They closed years ago. I have been looking for 15 years for the dealership tags that were on the front of the cars. My dad would take me there when Richard Petty would bring a flatbed truck and pick up 2 stripped down cars to take back to the shop to prepare to race. Good memories
Lucky you!My neighbor worked for Petty and would tell us when he was coming to pick up his cars. They were all white, big motors and 4 speed with small stock tires which he would return when he picked up the next ones.
I never was so lucky. A legend in your neighborhoodLucky you!
