Slant Six Lunatic
I have got to buy me some tools like ratchet and socket sets, screwdrivers stuff like that and was wondering what brands you guys prefered as far as how they last, feel in your hand, and warranties.
I have a mix, the main issue with Snapon, if they break, you need ot find a truck to replace it or send it back to them. Craftsman, just take it back to Sears. S-K and Proto are both good brands with Lifetime warantee (believe Napa is also).
Bottom line, buy something with a lifetime warantee that you can return easily when it breaks. Sockets and box wrenches, Snapon flank drive is the best. (won't round corners off )
Those are all good tools.
There was a thread about not being able to get warranty on S-K since they sold out. I don't know if that is accurate or not since I just found this.
