So I got word from a friend of a friend yadda yadda yadda, through Lori that there is a huge pile of car/antique stuff up for grabs. The hoarder has been put into an institution due to mental issues and his brother is looking after the estate. The guy that is selling everything isnt a car guy and just wants it gone. The friend I was talking to this morning doesnt know anything about cars either, so I dont even know if there is any mopar stuff, but she told me there is a camaro there :violent1:...year unknown with a muncie tranny. Hopefully this is/isnt an indication of quality stuff from every brand(pray for Mopar) Apparently this guy bought and never ever sold! I wanted to go today, but working afternoons so it will have to wait till Tuesday. Camera is charging up now, so I will take lotsa pics. If you have a request, post them, but at the same time I may not recognize what the part is, so if you can post a pic as well. I may not be able to post pics until afterwork Tuesday.

man, if you can take a tape measure with you, i need two 15x6 6.5 or 7 or 8" plain steel wheels 5 on 4 1/2 thank you...looking forward to pics of that hoarding mess lol

Well, if there happens to be a 6-71 roots blower in that stash somewhere for a decent price I would be interested.

Jack

Looking forwards to pics!
I'm interested in Cuda stuff, or 70 Dart stuff or Sweptline stuff. Guess that's pretty obvious.

That guy must be choked. 'We're not only locking you away, we're getting rid of all your cars too.'

Well I went and yep it was a hoarder for sure!! Lots and lots of car stuff, but almost all was GM stuff. Engine stands, engine hoist, tons of chevy engines, manual trannys. I scored some AMX diecast models(Drag-on Lady), a spacesaver tire(no idea how old??). Lots of suzuki bikes too, I may go back this weekend. Oh ya an Empire s/b cabinet and a AMX in pieces. Will post pics later.

Mike, I will post pics of everything, including the AMX stuff, so lemme know if you want it. I can ship to you via Greyhound...shouldnt be too bad to ship.

if it is chevy stuff...he is not a hoarder...he is running a JUNK yard.........

Ok 1st set of pics is pretty much the mopar/amx stuff that I recognize, I only had an hour or so there. Plan on going back this weekend. If anyone wants/recognizes something, I have no problem snagging up the stuff. I bought the 2 AMX diecast models and will post them up for sale.

That spacesaver looks GM. that is a wide pattern. Dude could have turned about half a million a growing cycle in pot in that greenhouse if he wasn't committed..jail, funny farm..whats the difference today? Doesnt look like a hoarder to me, just a guy with too much space....OOPs, I digress..just saw the second set of pics...yeah. Tire hoarder! My Dad rocked an old Suzuki back in the day, CR350 I think. straight chrome pipes, blue tank, 2 cycle. Smoked blue like a chimney when it was cold. Fun bike to hot lap when you were 11 and he was at work......

There is a ton of collectibles, no time to look thru all of them, but Im going to snag up all the mopar diecast they have, may check on all the older tonka stuff too

Ragtop chevelle in rough shape, but a complete frame sitting beside it. There had to be about 8 truck/car frames there. Chevy with the M/T covers has a muncie connected to it.

That red firebird/poncho elastomeric bumper may be worth picking up if that 6 block is not leaning up against it. Who's making the deals? Son, wife or executor? Is that pink AMX a Playmate car?

Are you talking bout the red lemans front end?? No bumper that I see..the block is in front of it, not touching it. The pink AMX is not a Playmate car, at least it doesnt say anything on the box.

Dang Steve that is the holy grail of chevy stuff! Around here (LA area) people would buy that mid 90's chevy truck C/K frontend like it was made of gold! Some cool stuff there for sure, love that drop top chevelle! Any vintage mufflers not totally rotted through?

I didnt see any mufflers...I was hoping to see some NOS stuff, but even though its Loris birthday Saturday, she said we could go back out.God I got a great woman LOL..1 1/2 hours away, but I gotta grab the AMX front end stuff, and the parts washer. If you see anything you want me to grab send me an email [email protected] the guys are the executors and just want the stuff gone...they arent giving it away, but for example the parts washer was $50...needs a pump but its big!
