I've made what I thought was several good ideas for change in the past. They got the guns out and shot it all down. Lotsa luck.

We did get the convertible specific forum which bounced the seldom used insurance forum that only had 14 threads in 14 months. It sure has made finding convertible information much easier and I have learned more about my drop top by following that forum. Thanks Joey for doing that.

I certianly am not a fan but if the ads need to be double to make the advertisers happy that is the way it will have to be.

Guys......

I'm gonna ad my two cents in here.

As someone who's spent 30 years in magazines, the ads are a good thing!

How many of you get all worked up when there's a half page ad in the middle of a Mopar Muscle article? Probably not many because the ads actually ad to the magazine experience. You'll notice that you're not seeing any woodworking ads in MM, every ad should be of use to you. Every ad actually brings something to the party. Before the internet, magazine ads were your only resource for parts...etc. The FABO guys have to pay their bills and trust me, the price of membership doesn't cover it. Don't be hostile to the ads, they make FABO possible. Try to patronize them if you can.

Uhh you can wake up now... 83% of the voters don't like the little boxes they have to view FABO. Because of the internet I personally
don't waste my time and money on magazines. The way I look at it most of the 83% have a resentment towards the ads so I doubt very seriously that 83% will patronize the ad sponsors. I truly don't believe I would.

Heck man.... all we're asking is to single the ad line out like it used to be not REMOVE the ads......... just unstack the damn things!!

Ok I will try this one more time. I didn't post this as an anti ad thing.

I understand the need for them and I would support them first if I ever needed there services.

Keep them show them just don't have them monopolize the page.

i havent read a magazine in years.

i dont care that there are adds

i dont care for them taking up 1/3 of my screen

they were perfect in a single row down one side

thats it , nothing more, nothing less

The birth control stuff that popped up on the bottom of the screen earlier isn't going to do me any good.
