I always thought you were innocent until PROVEN guilty.

I think those days are slipping away. You're now guilty when the media says you're guilty.

Just cause' charges were dropped doesn't mean it didn't happen...they just couldn't prove it happens a lot in court..

X2 ..don't like the guy and he definitely has anger problems ..but he hasn't been charged or found guilty of anything ( no elevator video ) and they took his livelihood away ...he should sue NASCAR ... NASCAR'S getting way to politically correct lately

I had a wife ( now X wife). we were having a discussion, not even an argument, she called the sherrif's office told them I was threatening her, come throw me out! they did, I left..... she later tells me she is always right, and never losses! this is a true story, but hard to believe!

the second time she tried that , I left before she called the law, and went straight to attorney.

Yea,I'm not a big fan of his either because of the way he treats his crew but I just think fair should be fair no matter what.

I am not a Busch or NASCAR fan and I don't give a damn.

Charges weren't dropped, they were never even filed. How would you like being suspended from your job because you were bring investigated for something someone said you did?

I think he's losing it, wasn't he the one that called teh cops telling them he was scared for his life because his wife is an assassin? Crazy.

Your right charges were never brought, because of lack of evidence still with his history of "sissy fits" i wouldn't doubt it happened:violent1::violent1:

Thanks guys...The whole purpose was not to see how many people liked Kurt Busch or NASCAR just about someone losing their ability to earn a living just because of an investigation and no charges.

I hope he sues Nascar if they don't let him back in, but even if he does his season is shot....it was wrong to pull him out when they did.

It's not that I don't like Busch. I don't give a ****. I don't like NASCAR. If yall like Mopars and you like NASCAR, you're dumber than I thought. NASCAR is the number 1 sanctioning body right in front of the NHRA that kept Mopar from being on top so much. Yall go on slobberin NASCAR'S knob. Not this white boy. Bill France and Wally Parks had it out for anybody but Chevy. If yall like that, then yall ain't real Mopar fans. Nuff said.

I would like to ask the people in this thread what happened to Tony ?Stewart? that gunned his (can't remember the type) winged dirt track car during the caution flag right as he came beside the guy Tony ran into the wall. (WHom was stupid enough to get out of his car & walk into the path of traffic & die)

I bet Kurt Busch is thanking sweet baby Jesus that the 'please be 18, please be 18' woman is out of his life.

They say don't stick your thing in crazy or don't let crazy stick their things in you.

What happened to Tony Stewart? Nothing. His "murder" case (or whatever it was going to be) went before the legal system and after looking at all the evidence, the state's D.A. (prosecutors) decided that the case was not worth prosecuting. What else is there to know?

Is it O.K. with you that my daily driver is a Ford? But I love old MOPARs too?

Your argument is ridiculous.

Besides, MOPAR put themselves out of NASCAR. They were making stupid demands upon any team that wanted to run their stuff.

Question No. 1: Why did Penske Racing in March 2012 announce that it was dumping Dodge and moving to Ford for 2013?

Answer: Because while Penske was prepared to re-sign with Dodge, the manufacturer screwed around with the approval process long enough for Ford to step in with an offer Roger Penske couldn't refuse.

Question No. 2: Then why didn't Dodge just sign up another team?

Answer: It tried. It looked and looked but just couldn't find anyone who deserved a $30 million check, the amount at stake according to at least one source.

Was a fan of Tony's way back in the Home Depot days, but he's got a protracted record of anger and violence. He freakin threw his helmet at his teammates car for god sakes. Tony didn't mean to hit that guy, but he damn sure didn't go out of his way to avoid the guy either. He wanted to get as close as possible to him and scare the SH&t out of him, but it didn't turn out that way, obviously. He avoided a manslaughter charge by the skin of his teeth, and the only reason he's not in prison is a technicality; dirt, car sliding, high speeds, etc. Lucky ****, and he knows it. he's be a different driver after this.

Not this **** again...

The dumbass ran down into lanes of an active track and was grabbing at, and actually grabbed, the wing of a moving car. The kid had a history of being a hotheaded a-hiole, guess that only fits when it's TS?

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
