My Dart won't be making it. It will be sent to a shop next week to get the finishing touches put on it and some safety concerns sorted out.

Smart showing up and checking things out and picking peoples heads.
We'll see you out there. Just after lunch? Or?
Unfortunately... I think it should be making it to Fall Fling. Those "safety concerns" I'm addressing may just turn into a full-blown resto. Lol. Already have a new engine in the works, I'm going to try looking for a new transmission. Interior may be addressed as well. I'm not sure if I'm going to get them to do paint and body as well.
What motor/size are you building?
Troy has that redone 68 model year 340 (67 casting date), X-head, stealth intake, running long block for $3250. All measurement recorded. NEW: bearings, rings, seals, oil pump, gaskets, fresh hone, etc... Running on a engine stand at the show ready to drop in.
I know the feeling. I just sent out my Duster for paint the other day. I still need to put my deposit down for the engine to get built. And, I think my power steering gearbox has sprung a leak. Ugh! It's always something!
I just noticed that you live near where I work. I work pretty much on the Carson/Long Beach border.
