Stop in for a cup of coffee

I live very close to MD/DE state line. It's one of the reasons I bought on De side. here I don't need a permit to pump out.
A lot of our old rural systems used 55 gal drums. They didn't last forever.
Wood covered cesspools seem to be a problem here so I guess.
I've done Three (3) of my own systems here.. F them... They can pound sand... Benefit of living at the end of the road...
I hear that, most around here try on the down low, A buddy fenced his whole frikkin yard to fix his drain field lol

The one in HI was fun They had to blast it! But the best part was after the first charge it broke into a lava tube that will never fill up!

They want you to have a permit to even pump out. So everybody gets involved. Most try and do repairs on the down low, but ya always got that one neighbor. Health Dept steps in declares the house unlivable with no septic and your out the door. Most don't have or can get 20k, I have heard some upwards of 30k for a larger 4+ bedroom house.
About 1992 I did one for my FIL. Old 1800s farmhouse. I'm sure the system was installed when plumbing was added to the house. Was a simple solids tank and drain field downhill. Got the tank pumped out and I hand dug the field out. Re-did the rock field. Actually was not that bad since it was bypassing for a while. But for a plumber to rework it, I think even then he would have been required to do a sand mound. As far as I know it's still in use. There is a development close-by in the last 10 years, but I don't think public sewer goes down that road yet.

Did that at the summer house my dad had, that was fun for sure. Saved dad some serious money though.

Morning folks! Just doing a drive by, gotta git to work! I see lotta poo being talked. Nothing new I suppose! Have a great day everyone>

The black lable is more of a proof state. If your looking just for bullion the 20 one is the way to go or bars.

I wrote your name on the casing:lol:
OH boy oh boy oh boy lift day will be fun hunting this!
