Mopar Neighbor bout to put me at wits ends or jail

I live in an area where I grant access for easement to about 6 homes down from me. The road is gravel and dust is an issue. I have one *** neighbor who drives nothing but Mopar vehicles that has me ready to pop him with every firearm I own! Every time this dick comes up the road short of admiring my 69383s he is running 45 to 50 and throwing gravel and dust everywhere! I am close to to loosing it!!! How would deal with a *** like this! I have tried to get him to stop and talk but the prick does not seem intrested!! I thought we Mopar folk hung together. I am really thinking about putting two automated gates on each edge of the easement to stop this crap but it is my dollar! A bullet is as heck of a lot cheaper!
 
Go to his house if just down the road and have a discussion.You say you are granting access so make it clear you can also deny it.
He may just be an idiot but if proven to be an asshole move on to plan b. The gate.
 
You grant them right of way out of being nice or is something Iron Clad in documents?

Easements are a tricky thing but my attorney assures me that if I do not restrict access by locked gates or such but just impede the access by speed bumps or automated gates, then I am within my rights. Bad deal is 5 of of the other neighbors are just fine and have respected my sign with a smiley face asking them to slow down and save the gravel!
 
well, lets see, you drive an A body...any chance his mopars are WIDER then yours?

just put some fences up, narrowing the road to A body width
 
Nope will not live in an HMA.
 
In the Carribean they just lay down thick 3" ropes across the dirt roads. If you ever take one at speed you won't do it twice, and pretty cheap. Stake it down at both ends.

Would if it was in my right! The other 5 neighbors are great,

Looks like my first attempt will be to destroy the 5 trucks loads of gravel he recently had installed on his T-off the main drive! My 74 W100 Power Wagon with open headers and and 36" tires needs some excercise. Course the 45 auto will be in the cab!

go have a chat with him, tell him to slow down or you will slow him down. make it very clear ! smile and be nice when you speak to him.
there are many ways to slow a person down, a brick comes to mind.
if he is an AZ-hole, then your loving side will have to turn A-hole.

He/they are apparently not intrested in talking. All 5 other neighbors are civil and reguraly stop while I am in the yard to say hello ask how it's going! I have come real close to throwing a Coors light at him. His wife and one daughter do not drive like that. I just recently rented a skid steer to fix the yard after new septic lines and have been tilling seeding and watering, while I had the skid steer I regraded the road up to the asphalt and dragged all the gravel off the road this dick spins out there! Did he stop and say thanks for leveling and cleaning up, He'll no! Some folks just don't get it! Never expected from a family with nothing but Mopars!
 
Let the others know the of the issue and your thoughts, feelings as well as the impending work that may very well happen.

Speed bumps? I like that idea, 4 inches high, 4 inches wide, every 10 feet or less....

I also have an easement on the left side of my property that a family lives behind my house. They paved it and allow me to use the drive to access my property behind the house to park my enclosed car hauler, Seadoos and more. I keep the drive clear of branches and mowed at all times. This is simple and ideal. Why can't the other *** join in?
 
Get signed statements from all the other neighbors how they comply and respect your wishes, but the other guy does not.

Get a video of him driving down the driveway fast and dangerously. Go to your local county Sheriff's office with the statements and video and tell them you want something done about it. That's their job, not yours. Injecting yourself directly into the fray will not turn out good. He needs to know that there is a power higher than you he will have to answer to if he continues.

Oh and if you have some liberal "I don't wanna get involved" neighbors, remind them they are using your property at your discretion.
 
maybe you should have a chat with his wife, usually AZ-holes are the jealous type. speaking to her will get his attention and he will stop in and chat, I'm sure.
be ready to protect yourself and property, I think your time to be nice may be limited. or maybe his wife will put him in his place.
he could be a prick because his wife makes him wear the skirt.

Good point but it is private land and they do not have jurisdiction. I am fairly well connected in the county. I have even researched making the road county, but they want 30' of my front yard and my downhill neighbors to dot it! That is not acceptable to us! I have many cameras and plenty of recordings of his BS! It is one of those situations that one of needs to call him out! Looks like I get the nod cause no one else will. My immediate neighbor is ex police and carries like everyone else on the road does, so I assume this dick does as well!
